MSS is privately owned and governed by a Board of Directors comprised of Industry and Air Force retired senior leadership. David Nichols is the CEO and President. Our Staff have previously served in senior functional positions for Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and US Government civil service. We bring decades of Aerospace Defense Industry knowledge and experience along with clearances and industry certifications

Provide engineering and program management oversight, and serve as liaison between the USAF and Italy based Leonardo Aircraft for the design, development and certification of the T-100 trainer aircraft and Ground Based Training System (GBTS)
Build new business area within electronics manufacturer, assemble engineering team, develop processes & procedures
Construct System Integration Lab (SIL), Design & Fabricate Test Fixtures and Modify G3 Flying Test Bed
